Terms and Conditions

Recitals

A. Transvisionary is experienced as a consultant and advisor to individuals wishing to lower their monthly bills in the general areas of, but not limited to, utility, Internet, cable TV, telephone, mortgage, insurance, banking and brokerage fees, etc.

B. Transvisionary is also experienced as a communications specialist and has particular working knowledge of corporations who provide the above described services.

C. Transvisionary is partnered with "TrustedID" phone (866)-939-5601. TrustedID, founded in 2005, delivers comprehensive pro-active identity theft protection solutions to help consumers and their families safeguard their identity. TrustedID was the first identity theft protection company to offer CreditLock helping consumers place a credit freeze on their credit report. Today, TrustedID offers a suite of over a dozen protections that continue their dedication to helping consumers proactively protect themselves against identity theft. D. In addition to Transvisionary's partnership with TrustedID as described above, Transvisionary has also engaged the services of McAfee Secure (www.mcafeesecure.com/us/ ) to protect against any online security risks when going to our website www.billcutterz.com. Additionally, Transvisionary is endorsed by the Better Business Bureau (BBB) (www.bbb.org ) regarding its privacy policy issues to provide the customer with the utmost security.

E. Customer desires to enter in to this Agreement with Transvisionary and Transvisionary is willing to provide services to customer under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

F. Transvisionary agrees to perform its duties hereto as an independent contractor. Nothing contained herein shall be considered as creating an employer-employee relationship between the parties to this Agreement. Customer shall not make social security, worker's compensation or unemployment insurance payments on behalf of Transvisionary. The parties acknowledge and agree that Transvisionary cannot guarantee the results or effectiveness of any of the services rendered or to be rendered by Transvisionary hereunder. Rather, Transvisionary shall conduct its operations and provide its services in a professional manner and in accordance with good industry practice. Transvisionary will use its best efforts and does not promise results.

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows:

1. Engagement

Customer retains Transvisionary as an independent contractor, to explore discounts regarding customer´s monthly/annual service bills and instigate actions to save customer monies on these bills through Transvisionary´s proven methodologies and techniques. Customer authorizes Transvisionary to receive duplicate bills/statements from customer´s respective service provider such that Transvisionary can validate discounts received have been implemented. Customer agrees to cooperate with Transvisionary such that Transvisionary can render its respective services in the most competent fashion possible. This will include a consultation regarding your bills once they have been received by Transvisionary and may include the customer´s contacting their respective service provider to allow Transvisionary to do its job on their behalf. Transvisionary agrees to make itself available to render its services in this capacity to customer under the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.

2. Duties
During the term of this Agreement, Transvisionary agrees to assist customer in the following general areas:

a.) To ascertain what discounts may be available for customer's existing service bills;

b.) To communicate with customer's respective billing corporations and incorporate the most viable discounts available to customer without sacrificing customer's desire for services he/she wants;

c.) To reduce customer's bills through utilization of Transvisionary's expertise and corporate communication capabilities.

3. Compensation

The compensation to Transvisionary for entering into this Agreement and for services rendered shall be in the form of one of the following:

OPTION #1 - Total Annual Savings to You is $100 x 12 = $1,200

Payment made monthly by the customer to Transvisionary consisting of 50% of the total discount received by customer during a one month billing cycle on any bills where Transvisionary was responsible for reducing customer's cost per bill as compared with customer's most current bill. The customer will be billed by Transvisionary monthly regarding the 50% discount and customer will pay Transvisionary the respective amount within 15 days of billing. Transvisionary will bill customer for a 12-month billing cycle once discounts are in place.
OPTION #2 - Total Annual Savings to You is $100 x 12 (+$240) = $1,440

At the option of the customer, Transvisionary will allow the customer to pay his/her entire bill or annual bill (extrapolated over 12 months) at a 20% discount to the monthly savings. Example: Should customer's first bill from Transvisionary be $100 which represents a $200 savings to the customer per month, then, Transvisionary's total bill would be $1,200 to the customer for the year, however, Transvisionary would offer a 20% discount if this bill were paid within 30 days of 1st billing cycle and would therefore be only $960...representing another $240 savings to the customer. This option allows the customer to save an additional 20% and pay for the annual savings, rather than being billed monthly.
OPTION #3 - Referrals: Add $100 per each referral that signs up with BillCutterz
Annual Savings to You is $100 x 12 (+100)= $1300
assumes 1 referral worth $100)

Additionally, for each and every referral of a new customer who engages Transvisionary to perform its cost saving discount services, Transvisionary will reward the customer by eliminating one month's bill for each newly engaged referral. This can represent even more savings to the customer.

4. Terms

This Agreement shall be for a term of a twelve (12) month billing cycle.

5. Termination
This Agreement shall terminate (effective date):

a.) If there has been a material breach of this Agreement and such breach has not been cured by the alleged breaching party on or before thirty (30) days from the date of the receipt of a written notice from the non-breaching party detailing the breach;

b.) At the end of the twelve (12) month billing cycle from the date first written in this Agreement;

c.) At the discretion of Transvisionary's President upon ten (10) days written notice to customer.
